Elevator World Message Board Policy:

The Elevator World Message Board was created to initiate free discussion on topics of interest to all participants in the international elevator industry.

We do not prescreen the messages posted through the Message Board, but Elevator World reserves the right to engage in such prescreening and/or monitoring, including without limitation, the right to edit, refuse to post, or remove any messages.

Elevator World shall have the right, but not the responsibility, to remove any message which is deemed in our sole discretion to be inappropriate. Posting of indecent and offensive material is prohibited. Elevator World may monitor this board from time to time and delete inappropriate material that comes to its attention as soon as it is practicable.

We will not censor legitimate views being expressed but pornography, obscenity, racism, bigotry, harassment, personal attacks or the promotion of hate will not be permitted.

In addition, users may not use the Message Board to publish, post, or disseminate any Message that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property right of any third party. Do not post advertising on the message board.

Elevator World may elect, at its sole discretion, to monitor some, all, or no areas of the Message Board for adherence to these conditions.

Guidelines:

· Use a legitimate e-mail address

· Keep it civil

· Stay on topic

· Do not reveal private or proprietary information

· Do not spam

· Do not post harmful, offensive, or obscene messages

By posting to the Elevator World Message board you agree to this policy and legally assume full and sole responsibility for your posting.

Elevator World assumes no liability for advice given or taken nor the validity of technical procedures espoused. Users should accept free advice as "being worth what they paid for it" and use it at their own risk.

The issues discussed on the message board are a reflection of the industry. We may use the information and views expressed on the message board and expand on them in the print magazine, ELEVATOR WORLD. If so, we reserve the right to use your posting in whole or part.
