The VEE allows exhibitors and sponsors to combine the benefits of face-to-face events with the power and interactivity of an online environment. By using web-based technologies, the event allows sponsors and attendees to participate from anywhere in the world. Virtual events generate a global reach and support an audience far wider than face-to-face events. VEE 2012 has the capacity for up to 30 sponsors/exhibitors, thus generating a high number of attendees and an increased opportunity for interaction. Sponsor and attendee benefits are immense!

MAIN HALL

This is the main entrance to the Virtual Event
where you will find:

• A toolbar to navigate into the exhibition hall and other areas

AUDITORIUM

This is where live and on-demand presentations will be made. These presentations will include:

• Live and on demand audio
• PowerPoint presentations
• Live questions-and-answer time
• Live chats

EXHIBITION HALL

This is where you find all exhibitors’ booths.

• Platinum Sponsors will be positioned in themiddle of the screen.
• You can pan right and left to see the different booths, then click to enter.
• The booth list is available at the top left cornerof the page.

SPONSOR BOOTH

All sponsors receive a booth with many options:

• Click a booth in the exhibition hall, and you enter the sponsor’s stand.
• Include video, PowerPoint presentations and various types of documents in their stands.
• Participate in live communication during the live event on July 11, 2012.
• Attendees can download documents and chat live with sponsor representatives.

NETWORKING LOUNGE

This is a place where you can attend:
